Isaac Wieboldt, Owner/President
Isaac is a licensed electrician with over 17 years of experience. Isaac started his electrical career in 2008 as an apprentice for Eberts Electric in Pittsford, NY. Isaac trained for many years under the guidance of master electrician, John Eberts. In 2025, Isaac would go on to acquire the assets of Eberts Electric when John Eberts decided to retire from running his electrical contracting business full time. Prior to founding Tri-Star Electric in 2020, Isaac served in the Army National Guard and deployed to Iraq. In 2012, he and his team were mobilized in response to Hurricane Sandy. Isaac and his team leader later received the New York State Medal for Valor for their actions rescuing residents of Island Park, NY from the rising floodwaters . Isaac has a background in emergency services and has served his community for many years as a firefighter.
Jim Wieboldt, Master Electrician
Jim is a licensed electrician with over 20 years of experience. Jim brings decades of experience in the standby generator industry. Jim is known for his positive can-do attitude and his willingness to tackle any project. Jim is responsible for growing our commercial electrical division.
Michael Wieboldt, Master Electrician
Michael is a licensed electrician with over 25 years of experience. Michael is a very experienced service electrician and also brings experience in the HVAC and standby generator fields. Michael is known for his unmatched work ethic and is passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of electricians. Michael is responsible for growing our residential service division.
John Eberts, Master Electrician
John is a licensed electrician with over 30 years of experience. John brings a wealth of knowledge of the National Electrical Code. John handles service calls and estimates and is involved in the planning and execution of our most complex projects.
Andrew Woodruff, Senior Electrician
Andrew is a licensed electrician with over 15 years of experience. Andrew has a strong background in home construction and brings an eye for detail and a passion for flawless execution. Andrew is a talented tradesman and is a highly respected member of our team.
Tim Durant, Senior Electrician
Tim is a talented problem solver with over 18 years of electrical experience. Tim can be counted on to execute some of our most challenging projects. Tim is a tinkerer and when he’s not on the clock, he can be found in his garage fixing small engines for his neighbors.
Alex Creighton, Apprentice Electrician
Alex served four years in the United States Marine Corps before obtaining a degree in civil engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Alex has an eye for detail and a passion for perfection. Alex has a background in emergency services and has served for several years as a firefighter.
Brad Campbell, Lighting Crew Foreman
Brad is our lighting crew foreman. Brad is a U.S. Navy veteran. He leads a crew of lighting specialists that complete commercial lighting retrofits all over New York State.
Angela Campbell, Lighting Specialist
Angie is an integral member of our lighting retrofit crew. She is safety conscious and passionate about efficiently retrofitting lighting to energy saving LED technology, for our commercial customers.
Patrick Smith, Lighting Specialist
Pat rounds out our lighting retrofit crew. Pat is a hard worker and valued member of the team.
